Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Workbooks must not be written in or damaged.
Card sets must be returned complete and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
