7,000 – 9,000+ SF HOMES

J. LYNE ROBERTS & SONS
Sunset Vista
7,318 SF

What a gorgeous kitchen!

With a gorgeous backsplash!

I love book nooks and seating areas anywhere they can be put! This is a very cozy nook.
One thing to consider is not doing built-ins. This built in bench and shelving has just limited the use of this space. Leave the space open so you can change it when you want to. That way you can have a bench with accent pillows and a bookcase, or 2 accent chairs and a charming round table in between, or a console table with lamps and a candy bowl, or 1 accent chair and a grandfather clock. Fun ways to change and rearrange. So don’t limit the possibilities!

VALOR HOMES
Hyacinth Villa
7,442 SF
This home has a beautiful and soothing color palette.

A beautiful wooden and wrought iron stairway.

Artistic golden accents and calming color combinations are in these 2 bathrooms.

I love the color and shape of this hanging light fixture in the master bedroom.

SKYELINE HOMES
Crestview Solace
7,732 SF
This home is another favorite. It is a spacious size, without being too big. And the color palette is full of creamy ivories and warm woods. The colors and textures are consistent throughout the house, giving the home an inviting and calming feel.

Classic marble checkerboard flooring will always be in style.

Checkerboard flooring throughout the house gives the home a cohesive, planned feel.

The kitchen island is really long, which makes it so functional.

This beautiful and functional butler pantry can be accessed from both sides of the kitchen. That is such a great idea!

The master bathroom vanity with a decorative curved backsplash. A small upgrade that sets an elegant tone.

A gorgeous custom door and an interesting tile pattern make a statement.

BUILT CONSTRUCTION
C’est La Vie
8,120 SF

The entryway is a long and wide art gallery hallway with artwork hanging on the walls. The hallway leads into the main part of the home. A creative and unique idea for displaying artwork that everyone will enjoy.

A clean and elegant kitchen, with no upper cabinets.

This home has beautiful fireplaces throughout.

JOURNEY’S END HOMES
The Sloane Peterson
8,444 SF

This home has grand wrought iron front doors that make a statement. They set the tone for the rest of the house.

This fireplace is right inside the front doors. You can see the wrought iron from the front doors in the reflection on the fireplace glass. A great way to make a unique and inviting statement, right in your entryway!

A kitchen with 2 islands. So functional. I love this idea!

MURDOCK BUILDERS
Hidden Ridge
8,605 SF
This home is another favorite. It has a well-thought-out design style, with a consistent color palette throughout. It’s an enjoyable and livable home, one that is move-in ready without having to go through and make changes.

This entryway is elegant with timeless marble checkerboard flooring and classic front doors.

A clean and elegant kitchen. Kept simple with no upper cabinets. Beautiful, functional, practical.

And the rockwork brings in texture and interest and natural color. This kitchen is perfect just as it is-it doesn’t need anything else.

A charming breakfast nook, with much attention given to details and extras.

A row of beautiful light fixtures is a simple way to make your home look high end.

Ceiling beams and an elegant chandelier give this master bedroom a beautiful focal point.

Some tile is like artwork. I think this tile is the exception to my rule of keep permanent surfaces simple. I might never get tired of this beautiful tile!

Adding a large chandelier to a stairwell is a great and simple way to make a fun and beautiful statement.

RAYKON CONSTRUCTION
Sunset Haven
9,045 SF
This home has some strikingly beautiful upgrades.

Finally, a room big enough for the grand piano and for people to sit and enjoy listening to it! So many front rooms get completely filled with the grand piano. If you have a grand piano, remember to plan enough space for it.

This home has beautiful glass features throughout.

I love stairways with seating areas in the landings. And this one is beautiful.

Gothic arch hallways give the home a castle-like feeling. A gorgeous and stately design feature.

RAYKON CONSTRUCTION
House of Four Chairs
9,200 SF
This rambler has a lot of its living space in the basement. Which is fine, if you are fine with basement living. If you prefer above ground and windows and daylight and sunshine, then keep this in mind as you look at ramblers. Generally, the bigger the rambler, the more there will be living space in the basement.

The kitchen has lots of prep space, which is beautiful and practical. And notice the upgrades on the countertops.

This room had fun bunkbeds. They look like they are handpainted, which is an upgrade that you can do yourself!

These homes are so much fun to go through and dream about. And we shouldn’t stop there! Let’s put together what we like and incorporate the ideas that resonate with us. With a bit of creativity and planning, we can create our own home refresh, remodel, new home purchase, or new build. Let’s make our dreams our reality!
